Unit Makes Excessive Noise

Suggested Solutions:

  • Blower wheel may be contacting cone – realign or replace the wheel
  • Fan isolators may be loose or off – replace isolator
Unit Will Not Start

Suggested Solutions:

  • Make sure the power cord is properly connected into the unit and the wall outlet
  • Inspect supply grille for blockage and remove any obstructions
  • Check the fuse on the unit and replace if blown
  • Power supply may be faulty – check breaker box
Unit Has Insufficient Airflow

Suggested Solutions:

  • Check the system for obstructions and if any exist, remove them
  • Replace the filters if they are clogged or full
    If you need replacements but don’t have any, order new filters
Unit Has Excessive Airflow Suggested Solutions:
